Whitetail Deer Hunts
Whitetail deer hunting for Big Maine Bucks over 200-295 pounds
dressed are not uncommon in the northeastern wilderness areas
where you deer hunt the cedar swamps, beech ridges, old farms
and orchards.
November: Buck hunting (or Doe: by FREE permit), coyote,small
game like fox grouse, and snowshoe rabbit, with added attraction,
you can hunt black bear on same big game license.
Maines,
Bear Creek Lodge is surrounded by farm land, which provides
excellent food source for the whitetail deer hunting. Continuous
tree harvesting, provides logging roads for excellent trophy
whitetail deer habitat.
Maines big woods are remote and vast with very little
hunting pressure, so as you wont see a lot of deer
at one time, but the ones you do see are big trophy whitetail
deer. Many of the trophy whitetail bucks are taken here
in northeastern Maine. |
